This stupid woman can't even state what year this supposedly took place; total BS.
It has been proven that in New York with Donald Trump as the defendant, nothing like that matters. Terrible precedent.

While technically there is one higher court, it's unlikely they would take this case unless they want to modify NYT v. Sullivan.
There is a HUGE due process issue in this case (reanimating a cause of action long after SOL had tolled). That State of NY reopened it for a single year just so she could file that suit is even more glaring. Not to mention the ridiculous evidentiary rulings during the trial.

I have to assume this is a typo. She's the one who said rape is sexy.

I don't believe Trump raised this in this appeal.

Starting with the bullshite reopening of the SOL.
If the Supremes do that. They may open another can of worms with the New Orleans Diocese Bankruptcy case.
That was also a result of a state law changing the SOL.
This could be what the Diocese is hoping for for the claimants:

It was raised in a separate appeal. Also, you cant waive constitutional violations.

Correct. LA changed a similar prescriptive rule that made a bunch of prescribed cases viable again. It's not uncommon with sexual assault litigation, generally.
Article from 2022 on this
And Trump wasn't the only one snagged with the lawsuit. Wasn't this how Diddy, Eric Adams, and others got sued?
Article from 2022 on this
quote:
As of December 2019, eight states and Washington, D.C. had set look back windows for victims of past abuse looking for justice under the updated sexual abuse laws, according to the Associated Press (AP).
States that have offered victims a look back window include New York, New Jersey, California, Arizona, Montana, Hawaii, Vermont, and North Carolina. Each of these windows allows survivors of abuse to file suits against their abusers and institutions that may have allowed the abuse to occur, no matter when that abuse took place.
Colorado and Louisiana have, since the AP article, been added to this number with look back windows of their own.

BIG difference between a law to give minors/powerless an opportunity to be heard versus an adult female.

Not all the states referenced were that specific. None have been overturned by federal courts.
In terms of the Defendant's due process rights, what is the difference?

So, there is still another appeal out there for this case? Same court?
