Guessing it won't be the people who've defrauded Americans but donated to his campaign to get pardoned. That kind of fraud is ok I guess.

My only problem is the word "accused". Their needs to be an efficient process of convicting, or confirming g the citizen of fraud.

Otherwise I like what they are doing.
