It all depends on the contract. There is a very good chance that the guy owes nothing. I also see no possible way that the Kennedy Center incurred a million in damages. This is typical Trump BS.

This is a material change to the contract. Betts will just say: "I never would have signed the contract if I had known the venue's name would be changed to honor Donald Trump."
