Yes, but unless Trump steps it up, they will vote at much lower rates.
Trumps weakness will depress Republican turnout.
I’ve talked to too many people who said the last cycle was the first time they had voted in years. Trump will lose those people, along with his core supporters.

Trump has been a massive disappointment. Bump stock bans, federal laws raising the minimum age for tobacco, re-signing the Patriot Act, continuing our presence in the Middle East. It’s like another 4 years of Obama. Not what I voted for.

The DNC rigs it’s primary, pushed a fabricated dossier, pushed a fabricated half assed impeachment, is martyring violent convicted felons, wants to simultaneously disarm the public and disband the police, is and has been the party of violence and especially racial violence. If a political lie is uttered it likely came from the DNC and will be repeated by a social justice warrior in the media or vice versa.
The only people that vote for Biden should be those not experienced or smart enough to know better.
