And it’s a beautiful thing for middle class, hard working, honest Americans. First, they increasingly admit their keen on socialism. Now, the Constitution is an outdated relic that needs to be thwarted:

Sounds like the main complaint is that he wants a more democratic system which is stupid

The closer we get to a direct democracy the more fricked we become IMO

After the first two sentences I can already conclude the writer doesn't understand why the US government is structured the way it is.

So his opinion on the constitution couldn't be more irrelevant.

Calling you idiots out for being mouth breathing illiterates is often the only appropriate reply.

Consider a few facts: Donald Trump is in the White House, despite winning almost three million fewer votes than Hillary Clinton. The Senate, the country’s most powerful legislative chamber, grants the same representation to Wyoming’s 579,315 residents as it does to 39,536,653 Californians. Key voting rights are denied to citizens in the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and other United States territories. The American government is structured by an 18th-century text that is almost impossible to change. These ills didn’t come about by accident; the subversion of democracy was the explicit intent of the Constitution’s framers.

and I stopped reading, the founding fathers subverted democracy by limiting huge states powers, for fricks sake.

Please warn the board and label links from the self avowed racist former newspaper New York Times accordingly

That's the entire fricking point.

The left also continues to peddle the lie that we are a democracy, presumably because in a pure democracy Al Gore and Hillary Clinton would both be presidents. If you refuse to use a clarifying adjective, you should defer to calling us a republic, but if you’re hell bent on calling us a democracy, at least admit we are a representative democracy or constitutional democracy. They want people to believe we’re somehow not what we’re supposed to be because the popular vote has fallen in their favor a few times. It’s dishonest, as with many of the things they try to tell us about our nation’s founding.

The left needs to come together and oust the Progressives.

The Progressives are canabalizing the DNC and perverting the term liberal and making the entire left look insane. And for some reason no one on the left seems to be denouncing them. There have to be some moderate liberals out their right?

Exactly. To my earlier point, calling a republican (little R) form of government a “subversion of democracy” is dishonest beyond words. They are two points on the same damn scale, both of which place enormous value on democratic (little D) ideals.
