It's either a human being or its not. I am open to all kinds of ideas if how we can help these women in all kinds of way (if we have $100 billion to Ukraine we can help them). I also belive thr rapist should be executed in public for deterrence.

Pretty easy.

I don't consider abortion to be murder until you get to the late term crap.

So when? Babies have been delivered at 23 weeks now and survived. What is your cutoff?

At what point does it become murder? At what stage in development is the life worthy of saving or ok to kill?

btw-I don't really care for the rape carve out but not for the reason most would immediately think.

As far as I'm concerned, a rape would be covered by a morning after pill. Of course that assumes the woman reports the rape immediately and is taken to a hospital for examination.

Which they obviously should. But since so many don't I'd support the carve out.

*I have zero problem with abortion up to 20 weeks or whatever the typical number thrown out is which would also easily cover rape cases.

Bucky, what is it you're killing though? Just curious when you believe it magically becomes worthy of life?

He’s burying himself with comments like that. Don’t air the dirty laundry. It creates hurt feelings and people will vote accordingly. I don’t care that he’s got some good points. He doesn’t need to do this.

We’re going to have an extremely fractured party and the dems are going to kick some arse because of it. I hate self inflicted wounds.

Not killing anything.

I don't think it's murder, remember?

You feel it is because you have been indoctrinated.

*I was raised Catholic btw.

I'm not pro life either, but people like aubie always have strong stances on things until it effects them or their family. Let his wife get raped and pregnant and see how quick he changes his mind.

You should bend on the late term crap and win even more elections. Until the cord is cut it’s just a late term abortion; you can compromise, right?

You also have been indoctrinated the opposite way. It takes indoctrination to believe human life is disposable.

Go to mass.

You mean he might have a problem raising the child of a rapist?

*Yeah, I think he would.

"Indoctrinated" to think a human fetus should obviously have the same rights we all do? Interesting take.

Then, what is murder in your opinion? For that matter, what is a human?

They’ve played a part. But I think much of the blame falls on our shoulders too. We vote them in. Accountability isn’t really a thing. I don’t want to hijack the thread with inter party division though. We’ll keep that for another topic sure to come up.

No, actually I have learned through 53 years of life experiences to make my own decisions versus what the Church teaches.

The GOPe is a-hole cancer anyways and should be abandoned. 50 years of shite governance and people still think its wise to continue supporting them.

No, you have been indoctrinated by the world. Own it, you love the ability to do what you want.

But you have been indoctrinated. People do not naturally arrive at the conclusion human life does not matter.
