If the House was supposed to be the Grand Jury, they failed their job miserably by not turning up any of that pesky evidence stuff before they voted on articles.
If you have had 18 witnesses and all the evidence you wanted entered and you can’t even prove he spit on the sidewalk, that is an epic fail.
