but maybe it's embarassing to the kid to have to go and ask?
It's not embarrassing for a girl to go into a boys bathroom, but it's embarrassing to ask for a tampon when they're bleeding...you know like girls do?

ARTICLE 1 GENERAL EDUCATION Section 1. [121A.212] ACCESS TO MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS. A school district or charter school must provide students with access to menstrual products at no charge. The products must be available to all menstruating students in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12 according to a plan developed by the school district. For purposes of this section, "menstrual products" means pads, tampons, or other similar products used in connection with the menstrual cycle.

His “satire and irony” line earlier still has me chuckling

I am not sure what you think you are proving. If a boy thinks he can bleed the laws makes the school provide tampons and the such.

So, explain it to me. You being a condescending prick in every post is doing nothing for your points.

type in cünt and see what happens.
did you have tampons in the boys room at SBA?

If you don’t get it by now after I quoted the exact language of the bill along with my objections to the propaganda, then there’s nothing else I can do.
I can’t understand it for you.
I can’t understand it for you.

No.
Weren't any in the girls rooms neither.

Carry on being a prick then. The law you quoted doesn't make it any better. I am going to play Mario Cart with my kids. frick off.
Posted on 8/25/24 at 6:47 pm to NawlinsTiger9
so under the law, if there is a girl claiming to be a boy going to a public high school in MN and she uses the boys restroom, are there tampons in the boys room?

I agree with the language of the bill, which never says anything about boys restrooms.

A swing a miss
I didn’t ask you about the language of the bill.
Posted on 8/25/24 at 6:49 pm to Rebel
It’s according to a plan enacted by the school district, per the language of the bill, so you’d have to ask them.

Re: the question of possible involvement of boys bathroom:
Out of pure curiosity I did do a quick search of what the hell y’all are talking about, I wanted to be serious about it for a moment. Here’s the pertinent language I found:
Menstrual products must be available to all menstruating students in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12
Now, and of course I say this with all due respect, but if you’re either unable or unwilling to read between the lines here and consider the full context and all necessary and relevant circumstances surrounding the subject, and fail to note that the exclusion of specifying “girls bathroom” equals the inclusion of all bathrooms which simple logic dictates that means boys bathroom too.
You haven’t paused to consider why the hell all of a sudden is “access to menstrual products” such an issue that it required state government intervention in the form of direct and specific legislation? I mean, had this been such a pressing issue raising it to that level? Is there anything whatsoever at any point whatsoever in your own life that you can ever recall or overhear of a single problem in this regard - just as an anecdotal point of reference?
Assuming no personal recollection of any past experiences in this area, and assuming that you might eventually come around to agreeing that it was a tad suspect that they insisted on government intervention of this sort and level, the next logical step is to ponder what alternate motivations might there have been? I think the obvious answer is political motivations. Which, finally the bottom line, is where the boys bathroom comes into play. The whole girls in boys bathroom and vice versa, and their fundamental “rights” to do so. I’m sure you’ve heard about that.
Pardon the lengthy post, I just wanted to pay it some due attention.
