Any of us can have our license revoked for a variety of reasons. We can lose our passport. Etc. Etc.
For most things, and especially official documents, these things can be revoked/removed/changed. Why the outrage?

Why arrest them when you can deport them. If you arrest them, then they are protected by the very government that they (probably) want to overthrow.
Until I know more, I will just assume that these were probably paid agitators looking to sew anger and discontent on our college campuses.
I would suggest that my take is FAR more likely than cubbies Disney version of events.
