The Trump administration just SHUT DOWN the Biden visa-free travel program for Chinese nationals to close an illegal birth tourism loophole
The program allowed Chinese nationals to enter the Northern Mariana Islands for up to 14 days without a visa.
More than 3,000 Chinese nationals used the program in 2025 alone.
DHS warned the loophole could facilitate birth tourism to secure U.S. citizenship for newborns, Chinese espionage near sensitive American military installations, and illegal travel to Guam.

This seems like this could have been done sooner, unlike some of the legal stuff that has to wade through our shitty "justice" system.

Currently there are 300K-400k Chinese students in our best STEM universities, they should be sent home.

What happens when a million Chinese nationals, who have dual citizenship because they were born in the US from one of these schemes, all vote in Montanas (or some other sparsely populated state) election and turn it communist from across the ocean?
