Biden is a puppet. He opens his mouth to talk but someone else is attempting to speak. He's doing a lousy job. So bad in fact, they had to assign the Easter Bunny to get him to STFU. Plus, during an interview, it's generally not a good idea to admit your army is running out of ammo in the middle of a proxy war. Loose lips sink ships, and start wars. But you can expect something like that from a president in cognitive decline.

I was actually very good at English. That isn't what Trump said. He was clearly said World War II and was struggling as he was trying to think as he was floating from the script to improvising. In the past that was a great strength of Trump when he "went off teleprompter" but the processor just doesn't go as fast as it once did because he is 77.
He's not in Biden territory but he likely will be in the next few years. The only way it can be slowed is by a healthy lifestyle and rest, not eating junk food, not exercising, and trying to take on the most stressful job on the planet. That will make things worse. It's simple facts, people get old and deteriorate mentally and physically.
BTW, Trump's father had Alzheimers. I'm sure the Democrats won't bring that up though after they replace out Biden with someone 25 years younger because that would be rude.
