Once again, for the stupid among us, the dossier was NOT used to begin an investigation into Russia's meddling in our election process. And THAT is what Mueller was chartered to investigate. Trump is NOT a subject of this investigation, so therefor the dossier on him is not relevant here.

Gowdy, like Sessions, is not the man many thought he was. He was skilled at using the words and ideas of the right to advance a political career for a season, but like Paul Ryan does not want the globalist progressive status quote to be disrupted. Which is why he gave the introductory speeches for John Boehner when congressional conservatives were trying to get rid of him.

It's all Obama's fault, don't you know that? Here is Cohen's problem. He paid off Stormy with his own money during the Presidential campaign. That could be construed as in kind contribution. I'm not sure why Stormy went to Mueller or why Mueller even entertained speaking with Daniels' people? Of course, maybe Mueller did not even talk to them other than to say, that he would refer them to the US Attorney in New York because this was beyond his purview ...... from a procedural point, Mueller acted properly.

As for the raid on Cohen, they clearly believe they have evidence of a crime. I would likely guess it was beyond the FEC issues.
I think the hearing today might further illuminate what is going on in the raid. Cohen's counsel on Friday could not really articulate what was going on with Cohen. Cohen has opportunity to articulate the issues!
