frick the LaGOP. They wonder why Edwards won. Keep serving up weak candidates and the Dems will rule for a generation or two if not more. Schroder was one of the make-believe "fiscal hawks" who also happened to try to vote himself a triple raise with automatic increases during his first term in the legislature.

If you want another Democratic governor, then Landry is your GOP nominee. He'll be yet another GOP candidate who alienates swing voters.
