The problem is a rear load can only hold so much solid waste, recycling, etc. The longer this backs up the longer this takes to clean up.
I guess young people think they can start a go fund me, push a button on an app, or put this on Twitter and it will go away.
Due to limited space it takes trucks and manual labor. They cannot get in with a boom truck to pick this up fast.
