That has nothing to do with comparing gay to pedophilia.

No different than people who want to legalize heroin don't come out and say "I want to legalize heroin" they start out with "I want to legalize marijuana" which is not the same thing as saying all people who want to legalize marijuana want to legalize heroin as well. So save that argument.
