It'll probably be Amy Barret and they'll go after her for being an anti "women's health" (code word for abortion) religious zealot who's tied to an extremist cult like group called People of Praise.
I'm telling yall Trump should troll the shite out of them and find a black female conservative Judge and have the Dems expose themselves. They're not the party of women or the party of minorities. They're the party of obstruction. Make them explain why they're trying to block the first black woman on the court.

Yeah, it was amusing to hear DiFi talk about law. They'll need a supplementary tactic to discredit Barrett enough to keep her from being confirmed, in my opinion.

You really are confused. I can't believe you bought into all this presumption of innocence burden/standard of proof crap floated by the Republicans.
This was a confirmation hearing. There was no standard of proof.
The standard is whatever each of the Senators believes is appropriate for voting up or down for a Supreme Court nominee.
By most accounts, most of the Senators professed that a lack of truthfulness would be considered as a strong negative indicator.
But from the questioning and the later comments, it became apparent most of the Senators didn't have the capacity see through the charade.
