First COVID unemployment numbers drop tomorrow and it’ll be the first very real evidence of the toll of this on the middle and working class. It was easy to share “STAY INSIDE” posts on social media with Karen when everyone had a job, not so much when we see record unemployment.

When you have $40 billion in the bank, you can afford to miss a few paychecks

I am truly sorry that you've lost your job even if temporary but we are in the lockdown now and its time to get used to it til we peak.

I have a stable job. I’m also not dumb enough to think record unemployment is just some small problem.

I would go more with the next unemployment numbers. I doubt the numbers tomorrow will indicate the true impact due to a lack in lead time on getting all the paperwork processed. I would be surprised if the government has been working as normal in regards to paperwork processing.

My wife’s company shut down over this and they told her depending on how long this goes for she can’t come back.

I’m saying it’ll be a turning point not that it’ll be the worst

I don't think you understand what will happen if this lasts past 4/13. You won't have a job either.

Bill Gates probably jerks it nightly to satellite photos of whole cities shut down knowing emissions are tanking.

Is this why they are trying to disguise future UE numbers?

I don't want this to last any longer than it has to. But if we just say screw it and reopen things all this damage will be for nothing.
