I used to run with some crazy mf'ers. Crazy bad mf'ers. The two I speak of were convicted.
I know three others who I'm pretty sure got away with murder as well. Literally. Two of them were involved and "persons of interest" in a local case about 10 years ago. About 3 years ago the remains were found in the woods by an ole baw out mushroom hunting but all forensic evidence had weathered away.
The other, I'm pretty sure shot someone back when he lived in Baltimore. He was an enforcer for a pretty dangerous gang. He became a suspect and Baltimore PD questioned and harassed him quite a bit. He split and has been living in one of these Bible Belt states for the last 20 years. I believe he did it because he's clearly still laying low even now. In 20 years, he hasn't put a single bill, utility or rental/lease agreement in his name. And he won't work anywhere they require his ID or Social. Works strictly for under the table cash. He doesn't do the things he used to at all any more. He just works a lot and works hard.

He could possibly have 10 friends that are special like him that have weapons.
