Well, well, well. I'll bet you understand this story. Last week I had to call a major telecommunications company for a repair at my house. I live in the forest on a dead end road. The truck drove into my driveway. I closed my iron gate behind them.
They exited the company truck and immediately placed warning cones around it so that no one would crash into it.
Does that sound familiar?

I’m generally not a paranoid conspiracy theorist but I thought about that after I left the premise. I was thinking of all kinds of reasons but the one that kept running through my head was they are doing data collection of how many vaxxed vs unvaxxed are requesting entry into their facilities…..they got an anonymous telecom employee unvaxxed with my request for entry.

The cone placement is a requirement for all utility companies including telecommunications companies.

Oh, I know. The repair guys weren't morons. The rule is moronic. Back in the day we assumed a degree of common sense among our employees.

The circle of safety all came about because a person/pet was injured/killed when a utility vehicle left it’s parking spot after a person/pet somehow got underneath the vehicle.

And I’m sure your employees appreciated not being reprimanded because they didn’t have cones out when their company vehicles were, for instance, parked 300 feet from the road in the driveway of their own homes at the very end of the workday.

The “sudden braking/abrupt loss of forward speed” quota is another fun one for the guys who have to work in larger cities a lot. Because after a certain number of times where a smaller vehicle whips into your lane and cuts you off, it magically becomes safer (not to mention more prudent with regard to liability) to just plow right into the back of it rather than forcefully apply your brakes again.

A non-government customer declining to do business with you for any reason of their choosing is not tyranny or authoritarian.

It may be incredibly stupid and the customer softer than baby shite, but it’s not tyranny. It’s also not public policy.

A “customer” can do what he wants. Why do you think they can’t?

There is no federal vaccination mandate. If any company is choosing to have one, that is entirely their choice and has nothing to do with the federal government. Joe’s mandate has not been promulgated as a proper rule by the DOL or OSHA, and is not active or enforceable in any way.

Federal gov employees is a different conversation

So you’re saying if Whispering Joe had not empowered OSHA to enforce his vaccine mandate that corporations would be requiring proof of vaccination anyway? I’m not convinced! If what you say is true we can expect dozens if not hundreds of class action lawsuits against corporations and institutions that are discriminating against the unvaccinated……based in science and empirical data.

You’re just dumb. Companies are so policed by Wokeism they can’t even fire a POC or any other protected class of people without fear of a lawsuit by the ACLU…..frick me Chinaman! Lol!

You have not a clue.

If an enterprise wants to ban the unvaccinated from their property why does that matter to you???

Why would anyone that loves freedom want the government to force people to allow unvaccinated people on their property????

You’re confusing your weak azz attempt at libertarianism with the Whispering Joe’s selective Covid19 vaccine mandate. If the Clown in Chief had some brass political balls he would have said every American who takes a government check is required to be vaccinated along with every USPS employee, every illegal immigrant, essentially everyone under US jurisdiction/law but he didn’t want to piss off millions of potential Dim voters.

Is it freedom when the Corporatocracy is picking and choosing amongst the citizenry who will be required to be vaccinated? You know the answer but you’re so dug in at this point you’re gonna insist on looking like a dunce.

As usual you have marginal reading comprehension coupled with cognitive dissonance…..at least your pig headed enough to remain consistent.
