If you have what is the equivalent of a mafia boss running in a city, that's not insignificant.

That’s what they are being arrested for? Memes? No shitlib, they are being arrested for criminal acts that align with our laws. The notion that you can’t be declared part of a global terrorist organization because some countries have certain laws that others don’t is asinine.

I don't disagree, but that's one "family" (I used the mob-RICO comparison too).

No.

This conversation is above your level, apparently.

No it's not.

Put on a ski mask or Balaclava and try to enter a court building, go through TSA or get near any politician or diplomat and you'll find out its already very illegal.

You operate exclusively in the arena of fake and gay, so your statement has merit

Partisan puffery. No official designation was used or any investigative tools exclusive to "terrorism".

From that press release

quote:

The Committee and Select Subcommittee discovered that the FBI relied on at least one undercover agent to develop its assessment and the FBI even proposed developing sources among the Catholic clergy and church leadership. Not only did the FBI propose to develop sources, but it already interviewed a priest and choir director affiliated with a Catholic church in Richmond, Virginia for the memorandum.

While abhorrent, nothing about that is outside of how the FBI normally operates. No special terrorism-related authority was used.

Also, the memo indirectly argues my point about Antifa and the terrorism designation

quote:

The basis for the Richmond memorandum relied on a single investigation in the Richmond Field Office's area of responsibility in which the subject "self-described" as a "radical-traditionalist Catholic" (RTC). However, FBI employees could not define the meaning of an RTC when preparing, editing, or reviewing the memorandum. Even so, this single investigation became the basis for an FBI-wide memorandum warning about the dangers of "radical" Catholics.

What does this have to do with protesting?

Temper tantrums and ad homs.

Exactly what you expect from the "blood and soil" types, as that sort of emotionality is the backbone of their "thinking"

Here’s what you responded to:

Bunk: I just think people should be very careful about throwing around that label because a Dem will use it right back.

Rogan: They already have

You said: They have not.

I then linked the FBI doing exactly that.

You said: Partisan puffery.

You might enjoy this sort of back and forth because it releases endorphins for you. But it’s why you’re not taken seriously. That is a badge of honor for you on this board because you seek negative affirmation. But you’re really just a jagoff.

You did not. Show me in there where an official terrorism designation was made.

Show me in there where the federal government relied on authority granted exclusively pursuant to terrorism related statutes.

Exactly, What does covering you face to conceal your idented have to do with protesting?

While we're at it What does destroying public and personal property have to do with protesting? and also, violently attacking people who oppose the protesting or happen to be caught in the middle of a gathering of masked people have to do with protesting?

Let’s all get lectured on “thinking” by the guy that reads and responds to every post in the thread in less than a minute.

Show me that’s what Rohan was saying. I included the context for a reason. You assumed Rohan was referencing an official designation.

Meanwhile, you’re mad about what is probably an unofficial designation while pretending another unofficial designation didn’t lead to Constitutionally questionable actual investigations.

You’re morally and intellectually bankrupt. You’re a chimpanzee jacking off in a cage.

So you're not going to answer my question, I take it?

quote:

What does destroying public and personal property have to do with protesting?

Nothing. That's no longer protesting and has nothing to do with my comment.
quote:

and also, violently attacking people who oppose the protesting or happen to be caught in the middle of a gathering of masked people have to do with protesting?

Same answer as above.
