Title VII and "white guilt" training

How is this "anti-racism" nonsense that is required training at every major corporation, university, and government institution not a clear violation of Title VII in US law? And why have people not been suing the eyeballs off of these institutions?
The only reasons someone like "Coca Cola" does it in the first place is because they are risk averse and feel by doing it they can ward of the cancel mob, it is essentially a racket similarly to how the mafia would provide a business "protection".
But maybe if people started lawyering up instead of taking it, we could start to push back.

"(d)Training programs
It shall be an unlawful employment practice for any employer, labor organization, or joint labor-management committee controlling apprenticeship or other training or retraining, including on-the-job training programs to discriminate against any individual because of his race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in admission to, or employment in, any program established to provide apprenticeship or other training."

Please elaborate on how anti-racism training discriminated against anyone?

When antiracism training sums itself up on the last slide telling you to “be less white”

When it is called a "training session" but is in fact a Maoist "struggle session" where the participants are forced to admit that they are horrible people based on the immutable characteristic of their race.
Deny your collective guilt and you are held up for ridicule and scorn as your denial only proves your "white fragility."
Sounds like a hostile work environment to me. Oppose the illegal activity and you are subject to retaliation.

I think someone said in the Coca Cola thread it was an optional training, which may be how they're getting around it.
But if you had a "Be Less Black" training, and it was optional, I bed you'd get sued in a heartbeat anyway.

Heard Chris Rufo on Tucker Carlson last night. He introduced me to Paulo Freire and his book Pedagogy of the Oppressed. The video nicely explains the Marxist tool being effectively used on our youth today.

Thanks. I smell what you're stepping in. I try to find equivalents. So it's kind of like the equivalent of having a session in which the black people are told, "A lot of black people have difficulty facing the fact that they perpetuate a degradation of American culture. Of their own culture. They're uncomfortable taking about it. In some ways therefore their blackness is a huge problem for progress"?

And predictably only come up with false equivalents.

Critical Race Theory states you are racist if you have white skin. How is that not discriminating, especially when perpetuating a lie ?

Are more whites buying into the white guilt propaganda or being turned off?
Have not seen a pole on that question.
Anyone with any anecdotal stories?

Only this won’t happen...
It would be deemed to be racist.
Just by using it as a hypothetical, that makes you racist.
If you disagree, then that is your inherent bias showing...which makes you racist.
If you deny that you are racist, it is yet another example of you being racist, as you are so racist, you won’t even recognize your racism.
By even discussing it, you are illustrating your white fragility (even if you aren’t white).

I’m not buying into that white guilt bullshite! These lunatics can KMA! They might try preserving the family unit, getting an education, appreciate and thrive with the opportunities given to them, and most of all, GET A DAMN JOB AND BE A PRODUCTIVE MEMBER OF SOCIETY!
