Tim Burchett Has Already Told You What They're Doing With the SAVE Act Weeks Ago
Posted on 7/22/26 at 11:03 pm
Posted on 7/22/26 at 11:03 pm
He told you that they will eventually pass it, but their plan is to drag it out as long as possible and until it is too late to implement it before these midterm elections.
What does this tell us? It tells us, for sure, the Republicans themselves, along with the Democrats, want to remove Trump from office. They are willing to risk their careers over stopping his agenda. His POPULIST agenda. Sit with that for a minute.
Sometimes retards around here will throw around the term populist as if it's a bad thing. As if Trump didn't come into office on a groundswell of demand from the public at large demanding a change to the status quo. And with this SAVE Act, we see exactly the type of change the American people want. 80/20 across party lines want this common sense measure implemented. And that is why they will eventually pass it. Because they realize the gig is up. But they're desperate for one last hoorah. They want to punt their majorities, stack the deck and then impeach Trump and remove him from office (as if they haven't tried this multiple times already and failed, but it's their only play left in the playbook).
it's actually humorous to me at this point watching people who call themselves conservatives find any and every reason they can to criticize Trump. If any rational person cannot see the truth in what was stated above, well, they're either simply stupid or they're lying. Either way, they aren't to be taken seriously. If you can see the truth in what was stated above, but still want to find reasons to criticize Trump and point blame at him for anything you can, well, you're just stupid, so I'll give you some advice that will make your life a little simpler. Just shut the frick up and realize that the dude you are criticizing is being attacked from every conceivable angle by our common enemy.
It's that simple. Just shut the frick up and roll with it. He knows what he is doing.
The SAVE Act will eventually be passed. The goal right now is to point out to the people that it's the majority of our lawmakers, on both sides of the aisle, are the frickin problem. Not democrats, not republicans, but all of them.

Huh? If it’s passed why would midterm elections prevent it from being implemented?

I’m not sure in what reality you live in where a republican would go against Trump.

I’m not MAGA or a Trump guy but even I know this is all nonsense. He has complete control of the party

Not sure your point on this one. Conservatives can and should disagree with Trump when it goes against their viewpoints. Otherwise, they would be cowards

Respectfully, no. I don’t hate Trump and I hope folks that are die hards do call out things they don’t agree with. That’s healthy behavior as a nation.

Agree, on both sides are a problem. I admit I’m not sure which of many problems they are responsible for, but my short answer is yes.

I only got through your first two "counter points" and then stopped reading. Sorry.
Do you seriously not understand how waiting until it's too late could be a strategy? Lisa Murkowski is already saying that is exactly why she isn't voting yes. As if it hasn't been on the block since frickin January.
And if you aren't sure of a reality in which a "Republican" would go against Trump, you must not pay much attention. You get hundreds of examples of it right here every day.
If you can't follow along that far there is no sense in reading the rest.

Get it. I wasn’t looking for a full review but was providing a response where I did read your full OP.
In terms of will R’s try to delay, yes I get it. I don’t think you can ignore those like Murkowski yet not blame lack of strategy/implementation on the administration’s strategy/plan.
For those who go against Trump tend to be primary’d out.
Read or not you raised real points and simply trying to converse on the OP

Has anybody been arrested for election fraud yet?

Dude, this is PT. It’s about tweets/X posts. Not evidence/prosecutions (yes, this is bait for those saying evidence we ignore bc it’s on social media).

I've said since his 1st term the real problem ain't the Democrats, it's the so called conservatives/ republicans and that still holds true today, they also will tell you who they are and what they stand
How that saying go action speaks louder than words, look at the republicans most of them are bought and paid for too

Nice post, but I don’t see a version of the Save Act passing that actually has any teeth to it. Especially if the house is lost in November.

Yep, those who wish to control us instead of serve us CAN NOT STAND a "popular" politician who listens to and provides for the people.
So they name that person using an "-ist" word but I want you to know it is one of my favorite "-ist" words.
Populist
Populist

or
Nationalist

O.k.
I was just checking to see if the tweets that prompted this thread are going to be as accurate as the tweets last week predicting election fraud arrests by last Friday.

Populist doesn't have anything to do with popular.
You know that, right?

It is.
It's probably going to be the death of society in the end.
It makes people act like absolute idiots who believe all manner of idiot nonsense just because someone tweeted it.
There might or might not be some great examples of people like that in this very thread.

All I know is the politician that "politics" on supporting the rights and power of the people is generally a "popular" person.

What a load of Boomer Fearmongering horse shite.
They can't pass the Save Act in the Senate because it needs 60 votes, and McConnell, Murkowski, and Collins are No votes.
It's that simple. It's not some stupid closed door Uniparty conspiracy.
