Absolutely. That’s why resumes that list pronouns automatically get shite canned. No normal human being wants to deal with that shite.

Not completely true, government employees have pronouns and they regulate the oilfield, just be careful. I was on the phone with a dude for ten minutes thought it was a woman it was dude, pronoun dude. I was trippin when I found out, I thought it was his assistant or something. My boss told me when I met him you would understand.

If somebody sends you a resume with pronoun bullshite on it, they are just telling you that they don't really want a job.

If it's not obvious what pronouns I should use, and they feel they have to tell me, frick 'em.

But I was always taught that it was rude to use pronouns to refer to someone in their presence. I was also taught that it was presumptuous to think that other people were referring to me at all when I wasn't present. In theory, I shouldn't even be aware of people using pronouns to refer to me.
