"This [Supreme] Court has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty." - Reid v. Covert, October 1956, 354 U.S. 1, at pg 17.

This case involved the question: Does the NATO Status of Forces Agreement (treaty) supersede the U.S. Constitution?

Are you suggesting that the SCOTUS is breaking from precedent to overturn Roe v Wade so that there is precedent to allow the SCOTUS to break from past SCOTUS decisions about the Constitution being supreme to treaties? That's what I read.

That would be more akin to a treaty re-negotiation and that has to be approved by Congress.

Is it kinda sorta like that Iranian nuclear accord or something, cuase it sounds like some accord or declaration or something that somehow becomes official "policy" mind you, not a law just "policy"....that can be legally enforced.
