Biden handing over US sovereignty
If this Amendment passes, the WHO will have the authority to lock down the planet for the next health emergency - which you can be assured will happen. It will no longer be a federal, state, county, or city decision as to whether you have to wear masks or even be locked down.
The idiot on the left in the photo below will have the authority to lock down any nation at his discretion. Don't forget, it is the Biden Administration who created and submitted this this Amendment to the World Health Assembly which is the governing body of the WHO.

Go take a second gander at how treaties work according to the U.S. Constitution. There's also a suit by the state of Texas that supports the Constitutional view when the U.S. tried to force them to submit to the U.N. without ratifying the treaty.

That would be more akin to a treaty re-negotiation and that has to be approved by Congress.
The folks at www.americaoutloud.com should brush up on the Constitution a bit before publishing an article. They did, however, mention the preamble to the WHO's constitution.
It's good to know this is being attempted, but the fear-mongering in the article is off the charts and does so by not reporting important context.

This. The US Constitution supercedes all treaties. If the federal government enters a treaty that limits our constitutional rights and uses law enforcement/military to enforce it... Well then, that sounds like a call to arms to me.

NONE of this "handing over" of US sovereignty to a World Court, WHO, or UN has ANY standing nor consent of the American People. It's illegal and TREASON, plain and simple.
