Y'all may be. I wasn't

Playing bait and switch with my comments is dishonest

My point was clear and specific and had nothing to do with "the left"

Goodness.
When you're not multitasking, you need to take another look at this thread.

lets follow the SFPLC logic map

Leftists are covertly funding white supremacy groups that invade a rally
The groups commit violence in that rally
Trump comes out and roundly condemns them
The media lies about it for a decade

Conclusion: Trump was "condemny" enough and this indictment is just a distraction because "Charlottesville was bad for MAGA"..

Like that's gonna happen. This tool bag has made eleventy thousand posts in this thread today while supposedly working as a lawyer in court.

It's very hard to believe anyone would pay this guy money for legal services.

Where did I "attempt to hang Charlottesville around Trump’s neck"

?

I went out of my way to distance Trump and MAGA from the racists. I was very intentional in doing so. That's the literal opposite of what you're accusing me of doing

Are you still claiming these indictments don’t have any legs?

Legally? I never said that. I said the banking allegations are strong.

Or are we talking optics/national reaction? And yeah I think the steam is already out of those sails for normal people.

I think it’s just beginning. Once the superseding indictments drop the collateral damage will be huge. I tried to steer you towards those indictments yesterday.

Act Blue and ADL folks are circling the wagons.

Why not do it all in one step? This indictment wasn't even against a human person

Whether you were or not does not address the mismatch of your responses to posts which you are fully capable of understanding and clearing up.

E.g., The nuance in indictment wording you finally addressed earlier (albeit with AI, rather than your legal opinion, which was unnecessary, FWIW).

So, crazy as it may sounds, I am fully aware of the contra proferentem rule in contract law (i've done very well with that in the past). Though I'm fairly astute regarding law, as a layman in your arena, I was not aware the same premise held in indictments. You could have easily cleared that up. You chose not to.

At the same time, you were completely unresponsive to other factual requests regarding elements which you were/are very obviously dodging.

JHC!
You've hung it around his neck as an ""unforced error"" for at least 15 pages

In fairness, I agree.
The first presumption should be they would have if they could have.

But why file this indictment now? Other than for PR.

If PEOPLE are involved there is some strategy to leveraging them and the threat of superseding indictments, but only a corporation was indicted.

No. I said he did a bad job addressing it before and after.

That in no way blames him for what happened
