People just don't get it. Welcome to American government. This is the reason I voted for trump. Drain the swamp and get government off there arse and work for America and not themselves. But they rather blame trump. Clueless.

The FEMA Head on the ground in PR was interviewed this morning and said every other Mayor has been attending a daily briefing/meeting where they are coordinating logistics. That she specifically is the only Mayor, or San Juan representative, yet to attend the meeting.

Sure they are. I'm sure you'll be glad to provide a link. Why is it so hard to admit that Trump and his administration has royally fricked this up? The slow response and beaurecratic handling of this is at a level not witnessed since Reagan and the AIDS crisis.
