Depends on the make. X26 can be shot only once but you can reactivate the probes.

X2 have the capability to be fired twice. Left and right toggle.

Well by that logic the cop did not intend to shoot Brooks either because he wasn't squared up. If that's the case then chalk it up to a faulty firearm and bad luck and get that cop back on the force.

I personally think the cop should just say that he was trying to shoot Brooks in the leg like VP Biden suggested, but the perp moved at the last second and he (the cop) missed.

Great point, officers fired due to use of potential deadly/excessive force with a taser due to non compliant college kids. But now the taser gets shot at the cops and it’s like no big deal, they shouldn’t have killed him.

I was listening to two black attorneys yesterday, I assume they are representing his family. They went on and on about how he had spent the day with his daughter the previous day and got shot the day of her birthday. They failed to mention he had just been let out of jail for harming her. Odd.
