As you probably know, pickups are the best selling vehicles in America. And when a foreign automaker wants to sell one in the US, it gets hit with a 25% import tariff.

How is this gibberish? If GM produces a car in Germany and sells it in Italy, it won't be taxed. That's all I was saying chief. This gives GM and Ford full range of the EU regardless of where they build the factory.
