Also, what part of proper seasoning doesn't involve salt? That was a weird post.

Exactly... it's why you don't ever listen to the insane ramblings of partisans of either side. NYC will never elect some conservative dream candidate you have to judge by the standards of the place. His tough on crime, tough on greedy unions and pro business policies cancel out stupid little things like Big Gulps.

Conservatives should support Bloomberg's record as mayor.. he (and Giuliani) oversaw the most dramatic improvement of a city in American history thanks to (relatively) conservative policies.

Also tried to ban hospitals from dispensing baby formula, insisting mothers breastfeed their infants

I’ve never ordered anything where I’ve thought "this needs more salt". If anything they put too much.

Oh no! We can't encourage something that is healthy at the expense of corporate profits for highly processed food products!

It’s because he has trouble holding one in those tiny hands.

Under the voluntary "Latch On NYC" program, hospitals are encouraging mothers to breast-feed by keeping tabs on baby formula. Starting September 3, the city's Health Department will monitor the number of formula bottles being given out and demand a medical reason for each one, according to the Daily Mail.

Mothers requesting baby formula won't be denied it, but the formula will be kept in secure storerooms like those used to dispense and track medications, the New York Post reports. Staffers will also explain to new mothers why they should feed with breast milk instead of formula.

No, no it wasn't. Now back to your regularly scheduled program of hysterical little girl posters in this thread continuing their diatribes.

Uhh, if they require a doctor's excuse they have essentially banned it.

I don't really care because that little troll won't even win the nomination much less the Presidency.

It was medical reasoning, but necessarily a doctor's excuse. But why do you care? I don't really care that this affected some corporation's bottom line in cramming that processed crap down infants.

I don't know, but is anyone in this thread even wanting him as President? You're all getting so worked up about what he did in NYC. My point is that he was a better mayor than the idiot we have now.
