If Trump had come out hard against COVID Democrats would have - in kneejerk fashion - downplayed it.
But I think it's silly to go through the excuses for Trump - nobody cares about this. Nobody is shocked that Trump contradicts himself and says whatever half-thought out shite goes through his head.

Are you honestly surprised he'd lie?
He knew this would be bad either way because all defenses at the source (China) were removed and all previous defense plans were abandoned. We went 2 years re-organizing and removing staffing from China that could have curtailed this.

Dems, rinos and msm demand that trump run around with his arms flailing, screaming that it is the end of the world.
