Can’t stand people who celebrate women having abortions
sick fu@ks

Since these restaurants are so edgy and they believe that fetuses are not human, why don't they serve them on the menu? I mean, it is just meat, isn't it?

I love the quote about “eroding rights” or whatever. These people are delusional and massively hypocritical

I assume the crime is not en Vogue right now. But hey, let’s celebrate vacuuming babies out of women.
I can honestly say, I drink in a lot of places and it’s well documented. Never does abortion come up. I just don’t this get this movement.

I wish we could see who down votes. What in my post was wrong or unpopular?
Anyone that knows me knows I drink and eat with all. For businesses to take these stands makes no sense economically.
If they want to throw money away, I’d prefer if they donated it to st Jude community center.

Pretty disappointed that I won’t be eating Debbie Does Doberge again. We had a hell of a run.

By having an off-site bake sale?
You people get up on your soapbox and blast your political opinions all day long, but these people aren’t entitled to a fricking bake sale?

That’s a pretty narrow-minded take
I really don’t care about abortion but to call this just a bake sale is pretty dishonest
Also the business aspect of it is mind-numbingly stupid to me but I support a private business making their own decisions

I heard Willa Jeans has been getting hammered. One my good friend’s son is a cook/chef there and he said the backlash was “insane”. Phone calls, emails and even ppl just dropping in. I know I blew that arse up via phone and email (wife had us reservations for tonight). Glad to see they backed off this PAGAN bullshite. On another positive note that (hopefully new) Army-Navy surplus store will look even better standing in place of Compere Lepin. Burn it down

Besh group acted swiftly to say their cooks/employees are not participating in the event. These employees were attaching the restaurant names to the sale.
Had the employees just showed up in their individual capacities and not advertised the companys’ names, this would be a nonissue.
I still think nola.com should open the comment section to the article. Would make for some good reading.

Whoever downvoted my last post, do you believe employees of restaurant should be able to attach the restaurant name to this event without the authority of the owners?
I have no issue with the employees going, but the name doesn’t attach.

The hits keep coming. Stormy is hosting a block party at two marigny bars to raise funds for the nola abortion group.
Nasty woman
This is the face to put in front of your cause.

Good. I hope Stormy, or the people who think she is a "hero", NEVER reproduce.
This is why I will always be pro death.
