Give them a few days, they will be back to arrest her for any number of charges. Ranging from not closing one eye when aiming to attempted murder.

If someone invades my home with ill intent, I'm not going to allow them the opportunity to drag me through court processes and twist my life around. And in California it wouldn't surprise if they nailed this lady for use of excessive force, and she'd get a harsher sentence than the invader.
There's no reason there shouldn't be another dead PoS criminal right now. Just another burden for taxpayers to pay for his medical bills and incarceration.
