There should be a 4% Federal tax on all land owned by foreign interests

With no exceptions. If the state can prove that a shell game is being played to mask foreign ownership then the state gets authority to seize the property.

The logistics of banning foreigners from owning property is one fraught with peril. You're talking about a civil rights case and risk having the whole thing blow up in your face.
A property tax would still permit ownership but adds an oversight tax to deter the mass gobbling up of properties that we've seen recently.

since when do non-citizens have civil rights in this country? you are starting off with an incorrect assumption. only citizens have civil rights in this country

Where do you draw the line? Are you suggesting, well, let's assume you're a wealthy citizen of the USA, and you'd like to spend some of your money investing in real estate for personal use in some other countries. It would be legit. Are you cool with that?

Spot on. In the case of China, we should be able to prohibit property acquisitions on the basis of lack of reciprocity. They don’t allow foreigners to buy their land.
Protecting our sovereignty has to be a higher priority, but I guess impossible when you can buy off politicians

I have rental properties and get outbid fairly regularly on new purchases by fed.gov and foreign entities. Usually operating out of California, go fricking figure. They often pay way more than 4% of market value to secure the sale. They would just pay the tax and not think twice.

It's all good, mate. We're all in agreement that something needs to be done, but like Trump said about ballot collecting, Republicans have to fight fire with fire. Most are RINO NWO types and won't lift a finger to save us. So we have to figure out a national law that somehow amends the Civil Rights Act but without weakening it. Or weaken it. Either way. Just keep it "equal", not this continual, perpetual, "whites must atone" bullshite.

Not one single square inch of US soil should be owned by anyone other than a US citizen.

I live in Oklahoma and am witnessing, every day, the results of Chini throwing his endless CCP funds around and buying up thousands of acres upon which he is growing illegal weed and using the property as a transfer hub for fentanyl trafficking and GOD-knows-what-else.
Foreign ownership of US land must end, now. Nowhere else in the world is this allowed. We are the only nation on earth that can legally sell our soul for profit.
