And no those numbers don’t look good. What was the trend before and when he first took office? Just curious how much is directly as a result of him.
August 2007 1,979,200 jobs
August 2011 2,032,100 jobs
August 2015 2,181,200 jobs
August 2019 2,094,269 jobs

Link? How are they NOT a result of his Policies?
US unemployment 2016 4.9% now it is 3.5%.
The country has been doing great. Louisiana not so much. Maybe a change is needed? Arkansas and Mississippi had positive job numbers vs LA. But yea, it's still Piyush's fault as much as it is BHO's economy, right?

Thanks for the support. No hard feelings. Look, I prefer Rispone. Obviously Abraham would be better than JBE. But that’s a low standard.

Jindal was responsible for his 8 years and Edwards’ four years, that’s what they want us to believe.
The fact is Jindal was not on top of the state’s finances and didn’t take steps to reform our tax code to broaden our tax base. He wouldn’t touch taxes and when the national recession hit and oil went bust, La. could not keep spending at the level we were and not raise revenues.
Edwards despite his honor code and his promise to raise taxes asked for tax increases to balance the Jindal budget he inherited mid year.
He raised taxes, he used BP money and he used part of the rainy day fund to fill the revenue shortfall and to pay for his first budget all while La. lost jobs.
The record is clear.

JBE will win re-election if Abraham is his opponent, and it might not even be that close.

Abraham has a better shot than Rispone in a runoff.

Good luck getting enough South Louisiana Catholics excited to support a North Louisiana Protestant

His latest campaign ad literally says "this is our chance to keep expanding welfare" as a reason to vote for him.
All I see on his campaign ads are surplus, teacher raises, and lowest unemployment in 11 years. I really want to know on what he bases his unemployment figures.

Can't look for a job in Louisiana if you moved to Alabama.

La Labor Force in Jan ‘16: 2.138 million
La Total Employment Jan ‘16: 2.007 million
La Labor Force in Jul ‘19: 2.095 million
La Total Employment Jul ‘19: 2.005 million
So in 3.5 years we have 20,000 less people working. But 43,000 have left the workforce.
For comparison...
Alabama has 132,000 more people working while adding 72,000 people to the workforce.
That’s 150,000 more people working in AL than LA in just 3.5 years. There’s a good bit of your budget shortfall right there.

It’s been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Rispone supporters will vote for Abe while Abe supporters are too butthurt and thin-skinned to vote for Eddie. Rispone supporters are the most anti-JBE people out there.

ALL Democrats are career power hungry politicians. Look at your own neighborhood. Did it get better under Edwards? Heck no!!!!! Same rhetoric. Democrat lead settlement. Keep being fooled by historically do nothing democrats and stay broke. All you need to do is check out their history against black people. Founded the KKK in 1867. Implemented Jim Crow laws from 1865 until the Republican congress outlawed it in the south on 1970. Over 100 years after slavery was abolished.

Did you completely ignore the 12 month percent changes in employment graph, compared to the US average?
Not to mention, total non-farm grew by 1600 jobs in BR region...but government jobs grew by 2,000.
Meaning private sector employment declined. Woof.

Oh look, Rispone lying about Abraham. AGAIN.
Rispone is dirty, lying, deceitful, win at any cost, kind of politician that’s led Louisiana to where it is now.
He’s plainly lied to you about Abraham just to win. Do you trust him to not lie to you as Governor?

It's amazing how leftists are counting people moving away as a "drop in unemployment rates".
It's downright Keynesian.
