Because where I live basically no one is wearing them and businesses are not requiring them.

I have only worn a mask about 5 times since this all began. I started just walking in without a mask to places, expecting employees to confront me and ask me to mask up or leave.

Surprisingly, I never was asked to leave. I was confronted a few times and told I had to wear a mask, to which I simply replied "no, thank you." They'd just look at me like they didn't know what to say or do, and we'd go our separate ways.

I know masks don't work. You all know masks don't work. But if somebody wants to believe the propaganda or just virtual signal by wearing a mask, I don't even care any more.

I'm not gonna get mad about it. There are way too many current events that I'm already upset about. Masking is pretty far down on the list. Taxation without representation, and the circumventing of constitutional rights, those are at the top.

Masks are old news baw. Plenty of people hated it here the last couple years or so. I haven’t really seen any mask wearing lately

Go to any major grocery store in Baton Rouge. 60/40 masks.

I beat the anti-mask drum until we won in my town and the schools lifted their mask requirements. That fight is over around here.

Ridiculous statement. You can't rail against mandatory vaccinations, then tell someone they can't make decisions about their own body.

Some of us Alabamians never wore one.
