I am anti-fascist.
I’m also anti-communist. Are you not anti-communist?

Al Capone tried this same defense. Didn't work for him either.
These days, RICO is specifically made for this. We don't need them to admit that they're an organization for us to RICO the whole lot.

I’m anti-fascist. Anyone can call themselves Antifa though.
I assume you are anti-fascist also. Correct me if I am wrong.

Typical Democrat reasoning - the part they say out loud is "that's not happening" the part that they think to themselves is "but it's a good thing that it is."

First. Definitely antifa chapters within our country that have membership rosters and they go around doing illegal shite. Like the chapters in Portland and Seattle.
Second. I think just going after antifa is bullshite.
Hear me out.
Around the time of trump's first win, a group popped up called indefensible. They had physical recruitment hubs all over the country. There were two hubs within 20 miles of me. Indefensible had memberships. They would wear all black and wave antifa shite. They seemed to operate with a central command controlling all the hubs. Like if they wanted a riot/protest in nyc, they'd utilize all the hubs in ny and surrounding states, to move their local members to where they wanted the riot to happen. If some of the hubs were too far from where the objective was, the local hub would pay for the travel, food and time of those members to go there. Soros was one of the ones funding indefensible.
I speak of indefensible in the past tense because I've not looked into it in 5 years, idk if they are still active. There's a 100% chance that if indefensible isn't active, a new group with physical recruitment hubs has popped up in its place, to do the same thing. That's the shite that needs to also be investigated.
