Unless Trump has documents detailing how he is selling Alaska to China, this was a terrible idea.
Honestly, this isn’t even about Trump. This is about the creation of a situation and making the tactic of raiding former president’s homes ok.
There is a reason it has never been done before.
And if it really was done at the behest of the National Archives, that makes it even more egregious as it is such a low level issue.
