In the various videos, you can see him shoot at least 3 people. After he fell down and started shooting, he hits at least 2 people, and I think probably more.
Not sure what the laws are in WI, he better hope there is a stand your ground law.

My point is that he probably has a solid defense in the second encounter, that crowd would have killed him. That being said, after he regains his feet, he appears to shoot at people who aren't close to him at all. Don't know if he hit anyone, but those shots could land him in jail.

That doesn't appear to be him. It sounds like someone else is shooting.
There are other gunshots going off by the time the shooter hits the guy in the arm.
Then after he gets up, there are more shots and the shooter lifts his rifle briefly to see if someone is shooting at him but lowers it and then moves toward the police.
EDIT: If you listen to the video while he is jogging toward the cops, you hear someone shout "Shoot him!"

I’m pretty sure those shot were from the guys down at the gas station yelling at him to keep moving towards them. The sound is different than his gun
