Let me ask you a very important question, but, I don't believe you can answer accurately unless you've lived at least a few decades:

How many women have you met in your life that are completely self-aware and completely capable of conducting an accurate and objective self-examination and analysis of themselves, their behavior and their job performance?

The point is there shouldn't be different criteria/training for jobs based on race, sex, or sexual orientation. Period.

If she had qualified like every SS agent had qualified before DEI, and trained like every SS agent had before DEI - she would look like every SS agent before DEI in performing her duties.

DEI is the problem.

That subheading should read -

"Saturday's shooting is the latest instance of right-leaning social media accounts trying to link diversity, equity and inclusion programs to deeply troubling performance of duties by DEI hires."
