Imagine this case comes to trial and you are on the jury.
If the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt that they did what they are accused of doing would you vote to convict or would you exercise jury nullification and let them walk?

I’m wary of charges of “plotting” without attempting a crime.

How did they get caught anyway? Did the feds have a mole in their group? Did one of them snitch?

I'm hearing one of them snitched and started to work with the FBI after the group talked about killing cops.
