We have so many problem in our country that contribute to our cultural decline, and you think China and Russia are our problems right now?

Now what did I tell you earlier about assuming?
I don’t think Russia or China are trying to influence our cultural decline - at least not to the extent that our media tells us (Russian bot farms, Chinese Tik Tok, etc.).
I believe the more our government and citizenry look outwards (bombing Iran or stopping Russia and China influence/expansionism for example) rather than focusing inwards (legal and illegal immigration, liberal takeover of institutions and falling birth rates for example), the further we cultural decline.

They were not winning anything. At best a stalemate, while using our weapons and satellite imagery. They, however, screwed up when they decided to attack out own interests. The FAFO that it is never a good thing to bite the hand that feeds you.
