How does it look to fit in better than anything else? Just because it's a white person and a black person doesn't mean that it's a hate crime.
you would have to have some indication that he was targeted because he's black and you can't simply use the fact he's black and they're white as evidence of that

I would like to add that regardless of the fact that I agree that these guys committed a crime Joe Biden needs to shut the frick up.

You can't really see what is going on in front of the pickup until after the first shot is fired to say that, but from what I can see it doesn't look like he tried to take the gun until after it was fired

I don't like the fact that hate crime is a thing. Like it or not, it is a law. I'm just calling it like it is.
