The US Can't have a 4-4 SCOTUS During the Election

This is going to be a close and probably contested race that could easily and up at the Supreme Court and we need 9 Justices to break a potential 4-4 tie. As Sen. Cruz said, this would create a Constitutional crisis.

The Dems tipped their hand too soon with blabbing about taking this election to the courts. They ought to pistol whip Hillary for spouting off.
