Horse paste worked very well for everyone related to me that took it when they had covid.
I caught the Delta and it whipped my arse for a couple days followed by a couple weeks of extreme lethargy. I had the option to get some horse paste from the family farm but declined, electing to just ride the shite out. Wish I'd have done differently. My cousins, aunts and uncles all took it as soon as the very first of them tested positive, and only two of them ended up showing any symptoms at all (which were mild for 2 days). The rest of us who didn't take it, actually had moderate to severe symptoms.
If I somehow end up catching the Currvid again, I won't hesitate to get a prescription for IVM, or eat some horse paste if the doctor won't prescribe it.

I doubted Covid from the get go and the hysteria over it and fast-tracking the vaccines, so I waited for more research on it all.
Found a few research articles that recommended Vit-C, Zinc, and Vit D (direct sun exposure best source) and already drank OJ, but moved to Emergen-C powder, tastes better than OJ plus has Zinc, Potassium and other Vits. also exercised more like walks. My knees suck too bad for weights and running. Did bands and body weight movement for strength.
I stuck w/ that and never even got a cold at all.
