So I read that the option of hearing elements wasn’t added to the turbines.

Any truth to that? I don’t know what to believe.

Great with the tide turning on nuclear you can have more plants in how many years?

14 currently approved, how many planned retirements?

So what is holding up the ng pipelines, the pumps that send it out? These pumps are all exposed to the elements?

A guy in another thread, that seems to know what he is talking about, said that turbines are weatherized for the prevailing climate in the region so Tx turbines don’t have the heating element and are susceptible to this rare cold event and turbines in northern regions aren’t built to withstand the 100 deg wtx type temps.
