the supposed overhead of the area of the shooter location and Trump location, HOW?

If this is accurate and the shooter was at the spot marked X and Trump is on that stage, how is no one covering the roof?

I don't trust the Secret Service. Too many DC residents and the Director was appointed be Democrats. How do you not check that roof?!
