Why would U.S. intelligence agencies claim that Iran is not pursuing a nuclear weapon when they know one of their allies is going to use it as a pretext to attack them?

Fair enough. Then use that as the justification. No reason for the tall tales about Iran being weeks away from having nuclear weapons.

Thats a fair point...but its been a long time since 1979. Money talks...even to Islamists. They can keep their strict culture and still trade with US, even if just oil and gas. Saudi Arabia does, so could Iran.

Like I said, I agree. I don’t give a shite if they were or weren’t. If they’d done that to us, we’d all support doing exactly what Israel is doing. FTR, I want zero U.S. involvement in this.

I assume we are being lied to by everyone at this point. I don’t trust anyone in the Israeli government, US intelligence, Iran, the media, etc. We are being inundated with misinformation. We will probably never know the truth. It’s probably best for the US to stay out of it.

Can we do something similar with Russia? Instead of making them a boogeyman and have the need to go after the Ukrainian Russia land we could offer a economic incentive, open up real trade, industry, tourism, etc.
You would think the left would be all for this with them being communists ... however this may be the reason they're still boogeyman
The people of Russia are for the most part (75-79%) are Russian Orthodox Christians and Caucasian ,i believe the people have much more in common with our majority.
