And its getting worse. Since mandami announced free fares in his campaign (which he cant do and he knew it, the metro system is controlled by the state), seems a lot of people are taking him up on it. Bus fare collections are down 31 million versus year ago.

They will end up losing more 'productive' citizens and the number of immigrants occupying the city will continue to climb.
As someone mentioned on this board, they will be requesting Federal bailout, saying they are too big to fail. If a Democrat wins the Presidency or they take the Senate & House, ALL of these cities (Seattle, NY, Chicago, Baltimore, etc.) will get what they ask for.
