Seeing younger people that know and understand what is going on gives me hope for the future.

Thanks for being here and speaking out.

I am 51. If I had more than my 3 I would just walk off into the Alaskan wilderness and take my chances.

Of course I am hindered with a feeling of responsibility of raising and supporting my kids. Think how liberating it would be to live a life free from those concerns.

Heard an interview on NPR where the mother said the police should have waited for paramedics who could have de-escalated the situation...

No, you would have a dead unarmed paramedic on your hands.

Make financial assistance the same for 1 kid or 10 and that will stop...

As to this aspiring Rapper. Since you don't need a band or any musical or song writing talent. People are seeing low life nobodies rise to fame and stardom, cause people buy this crap.

So in these situation where they would send in a psychiatrist, does the psychiatrist need to be murdered before cops are allowed to neutralize the threat?

Just curious what the plan is...

Absolute lunacy.

And installing Joe Biden as president is going to legitimize this type of behavior and the way rioters respond to it.

When people say this country is lost there's typically a hint of hyperbole to it, but I'm truly starting to believe it. I don't want to live in a country where people like this are hailed as heroes and martyrs. I don't want to share anything with people who think cops shouldn't defend themselves. I just don't.

I was about to say this—domestic calls are the worst for cops. They’re very dangerous since more crazy and bad/unknown things can happen to the responders/perpetrators.

If there was a way to net or cage them so the perps weren’t a threat, it would certainly be used so that nobody would get hurt. Maybe that spray foam that hardens quickly? ??

A mental health expert accompanying police is a target, a potential victim.
